How To Buy
RRI works with our clients to ensure satisfaction on every order. Whether you are a first-time client or a returning customer, we aim to make the buying process simple and hassle-free.
First-time buyers or interested parties should call or e-mail RRI to leave an order. A sales team member will communicate with you to discuss needs, deliver a quote, and answer any questions you may have about our products or services.
Because we are a state-affiliated organization, we cannot sell items directly to the public. You can visit our authorized network of Partners & Retailers that carry RRI-made products available for sale.
North Dakota state agencies can purchase directly from RRI without going through the bidding process (based on the ND OMB Purchasing Procedures Manual, Section III, subparagraph A.2). We are sanctioned to sell its products directly to the following:
Other organizations wishing to purchase directly from RRI must complete a Credit Application, found below. Once this is approved through the RRI business office, the customer will be contacted by the sales department.
The Printable Credit Application and the Printable Certificate of Resale can only be viewed in a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Orders can be faxed, e-mailed, or called in to the RRI office. To ensure the accurate processing and manufacturing of each order, our sales team will send a Rough Rider Order Form to the client for signed approval.
