How to Buy

State agencies are able to purchase directly from Rough Rider Industries without going through the bidding process (based on the ND OMB Purchasing Procedures Manual, Section III, subparagraph A.2).

RRI is a government agency and is sanctioned to sell products directly to the following:

  • State Agencies
  • Non-Profit Organizations
  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Retailers/Wholesalers
  • Nursing Homes
  • Federal Agencies
  • County Agencies
  • City Agencies
  • Churches
  • Tribal Agencies
  • Certified Private Sector Partners

Organizations wishing to purchase directly from RRI must fill out an Eligibility/Credit Application, once the application is approved by the business office the customer will be contacted by the sales department.

Purchasing Procedures
Orders may be faxed, e-mailed, mailed, or called into the Rough Rider office. However, to ensure the accurate processing and manufacturing of your order our sales staff will send a Rough Rider Order Form to you for signed approval. Please sign, date, and fax it back to our office (701-328-6164) as soon as possible to avoid any delays in delivery.

Rough Rider Industries products will be delivered via the following methods:

       RRI vehicles 
       Common Carrier
       UPS (if applicable)
       US Mail (if applicable)

Freight charges are based on a total dollar amount of order, the amount will be seen on the Rough Rider Order Form and on the invoice. If you have any question regarding delivery charges please call 800-732-0557 or 328-6161. Quotes are available on any order.
