How to Buy from RRI
RRI works directly with customers to ensure satisfaction on every order. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a returning customer, we aim to make the buying process simple and hassle-free!
First-time buyers or interested parties should contact RRI by phone or email. A sales team member will communicate with you to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have about our products or services, prepare a formal quote, and help you place your order.
Because we are a state-affiliated organization, we cannot sell items directly to the public. You can visit our authorized network of Partners & Retailers that carry RRI-made products available for sale.
North Dakota state government agencies can purchase directly from RRI forgoing the normal procurement process (based on the North Dakota State Procurement Manual, Chapter 3, Section 3.5). We are sanctioned to sell products directly to the following:
Organizations wishing to purchase directly from RRI must complete and submit a credit application and certificate of exemption (if applicable), found below. Once this is approved by the RRI business office, the organization will be contacted by the sales department.
NOTE: The fillable Credit Application and Certificate of Exemption can only be viewed in a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please do not complete forms in browser window. Download and save to your device prior to completion to utilize features of fillable forms. Please email completed forms to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders can be faxed, emailed, or called into the RRI business office. To ensure the accurate processing and manufacturing of each order, our sales team will send an RRI Order Form or Quote to the customer for signed approval.
